Uma is the first hostel in Zhujiajiao, a long historical house that already more than 100 years old.
It is Ma family’s ancestral home, it even much older than the biggest Botanical Garden of zhujiajiao. The time trace can be found by its big stone gate.
“Uma” is from Indonesia language, like its name, it means the great house of life like back home.
Two floors with five rooms, it still keeps the beautiful carving design on beam-column and the shielding window which is very China traditional style as a cave.
